Many, many, many coaches, mentors, organizations, and programs out there tout, and possibly even teach, “scaling” and “building” for growth and revenue sake. When I created this company, I was determined to ensure that the law firm owners we help, are doing it for an end result that is not just for the sake of growth or more revenue — the result is a salable and desirable firm to be acquired at any time you choose, or if life chooses for you with a curve ball.
There are many phases and stages involved in starting, building, acquiring, or selling a law firm. I know, because I have done it. I would have never thought I’d sell my law firm at the age of 50, but I did, and so glad that I did.
